REVISIONS TO HotRod HotLine / HotRod Trucks User Policies
We may change or add to our policies at any time and you agree to be bound by these changes. We will post the amended terms on our site. Updated terms will automatically be immediately after they are initially posted on our site unless we state otherwise. It is your responsibility to access the User Agreement on HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks to periodically review the most current terms and conditions. This agreement is effective Jan 1, 2006. If you don't agree to be bound by the terms of the HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks User Agreement, please do not access our site or use our services.
Our Ads and Fees
When you list an item for sale on our site, you are accepting the listing fees and agree to have your credit card charged for the appropriate amount or to pay that amount by check within one week of the ad going online. Once your ad is received, it will go online within 3 business days. We may change some or all of our services at any time. If we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective once the new service is available. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service, our website and any applicable taxes.
RELEASE OF RESPONSIBILITY
At HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks, the transaction is the responsibility of the buyer and the seller. Hotrod Hotline and HotRodTrucks is not involved the transaction. Therefore, we aren't responsible for disagreements between buyers and sellers. You agree to release us from any responsibility in disputes between yourself and other Users. We suggest that before buying a vehicle or part from an advertiser on our site, that you conduct a personal inspection of the vehicle or have an appraiser or outside inspector look at the item. Before using the services or buying parts from any of the Businesses Advertised on our site, we recommend that you investigate the company with the Better Business Bureau or other appropriate investigative venues. We are not a guarantor or party to any of the transactions which result from advertising contained on our site, we are only listing the items for sale by private parties or advertising the products for the companies shown and they alone are responsible for any resulting transactions.
PRIVACY POLICY AND COMMUNICATIONS AND MONITORING
By accessing and using our services, you agree to accept all communications from us regarding the use of HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks at the email address you provided us in your communications with us. Please update your personal information as necessary to ensure it is accurate. You agree to waive all claims that result from failure to receive communications due to changes to your email address.
HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks , its affiliates and agents, may monitor and retain Communications from you. We may do this to evaluate the quality of our services, security of the site, your compliance with the HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks User Agreement, or for other reasons. By registering with HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks and accessing our site, you agree that these monitoring services will not entitle you to a cause of action. HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks will not be liable in any event for any costs, damages, expenses or any other liabilities incurred by you as a result of monitoring your Communications. We do not however, sell or share any of your information with any third party.
COPYING AND USE OF CONTENT
· Don't copy HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks web pages without our permission. Don't reproduce, republish, upload, post or distribute Hotrod Hotline and HotRodTrucks materials in any way.
· Don't use Hotrod Hotline and HotRodTrucks materials, services or information for commercial purposes without our written consent.
· Don't do anything to overload our system.
· Do not email or post or transmit in any way, material that contains viruses or programs or codes that interfere with the functionality of the Hotrod Hotline and HotRodTrucks site.
· Don't use the information provided by other Users without their permission.
· Do not store or collect the information of other Users.

HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks and its services are owned by HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks. They are protected by copyright laws of the United States.
All content and images are proprietary to HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks.
Use of content or images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, laws of privacy, or other regulations and statutes. Any use of our images, trademarks, content and services is strictly prohibited.
BREACH OF THE HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks.COM USER AGREEMENT
If you break any part of this agreement, if we can't verify any of your information or if we believe your actions may get us or our Users into legal trouble, we may immediately warn, suspend or terminate your ad with HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks. We may also take further action.
NO WARRANTY
This web site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" No warranty. There may be unintentional technical or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors. Hotrod Hotline and HotRodTrucks reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time, without notice. HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, completeness of any information on the HotRodHotline and HotRodTrucks site. HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks provides no guarantee against the possibility of miscommunication, failure to store information and communications, or other data.
All material obtained from HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks, through any means, is done at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other electronic system and for the loss of data.
LIABILITY LIMIT
We are not responsible for any damages in connection with this site, even if they came about by our negligence. Our liability is limited to either the amount of any fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the incident or $25., whichever is greater. Some states don't allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Laws vary from state to state.
INDEMNITY
You won't involve us if you get into legal trouble while using HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks and all of its affiliates, agents, employees, and licensors (including third party service providers) from any claim, demand, loss, costs or expense, including attorneys fees, made by any person arising out of your violation of this Agreement, state or federal laws or regulations, or any other person's rights, including, but not limited to infringement of any copyright or violation of any proprietary or privacy right.
NO AGENCY
You and HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks are independent contractors. We aren't partners, employers or franchisers. You aren't our partner, employee or franchisee.
ARBITRATION
If you feel the need to take legal action with us, we will only use binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Ada County,Idaho and judgment may be entered into any court with jurisdiction.
While arbitration is pending or ongoing, either you or Hotrod Hotline and HotRodTrucks may seek interim or preliminary relief from a court of jurisdiction in Ada County Idaho in order to protect rights or property.
GENERAL
For legal purposes, all the terms of this User Agreement apply as if you are located right here in Idaho with us. We can't and don't guarantee that our site will never go down or will never be hacked into or other factors beyond our control. If any part of this User Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be deleted. The rest of the User Agreement stands.
GOVERNING LAW
The User Agreement and all agreements you enter into with us are governed by laws in the state of Idaho, USA.

Fees for our Business ads are described at www.Hotrodhotline.com/vendads
Disputes between you and HotRod Hotline and HotRodTrucks regarding our services may be reported to staff@hotrodhotline.com. If you feel that your ad with us has not been properly handled you may request a refund and that request will be considered on a case by case basis.. For Legal disputes with other Users, please report them to local law enforcement, the postmaster general, or a certified mediation or arbitration entity as appropriate
