For Immediate Release

Truck Accessories Group, LLC, (TAG), Announces
Raider Industries’ New Location

Elkhart, Indiana (December 4, 2006) It was announced today that one of TAG’s brands, Raider Industries, will relocate from its Moose Jaw, Canada location to two Elkhart, Indiana facilities in early 2007.

“The relocation is in response to the growing importance of Raider products in the U. S. market,” President, Bruce Freeman said, in announcing this change. “The benefits of this move to our dealer network all fall to the positive side.” Freeman went on to say, “They include a more favorable currency valuation, shorter and lower-cost shipping routes, more efficient production due to scale economies, and faster delivery cycles.” In short, Raider dealers and customers can expect Raider products to become stronger in terms of value, product quality, and speed of delivery. The change will allow production to take place at a location closer to the majority of the Raider dealer’s customers, thereby assuring faster turnaround time.

The Raider dealers are among the best in the industry, Freeman proudly stated, along with the LEER, Century, and Pace Edwards' dealers. We recognize them as a major key to our strength in the marketplace. Raider products have earned the loyalty of our dealers and the quality and service that have been cornerstones of Raider's growth will definitely continue.

Raider Industries is a leading producer of truck caps and tonneaus with a 20-year history of quality, innovation and design. Unlike many other companies in the truck accessory business today, Raider's only business is truck caps and tonneaus, and they manufacture everything they sell. The company’s design team has always insured that the consumer receives the best - beauty combined with functionality. The result is a line of truck caps that raise the bar for many manufacturers.

The ever-changing, consistently evolving needs of the aftermarket truck industry demand that a crystal ball be in ones toolbox at all times. Next to acquiring one of those, having a company President like TAG’s Bruce Freeman, and his dealer oriented management network, is equally coveted.

It is generally agreed that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. While there are many reasons for this, in this case, TAG is an excellent example of a manufacturer joining forces and becoming more streamlined. The result is a company with the sum of its parts becoming greater than ever before.

TAG’s brand includes LEER, Century, Raider, LoRider, Pace Edwards and State Wide Aluminum. Combined, this group manufactures fiberglass caps, tonneaus, retractable/roll-top tonneau covers, and windows and doors for the pickup truck cap industry.

TAG is an operating subsidiary of J. B. Poindexter & Co., Inc., an $800 million dollar privately held group of, primarily, transportation-related manufacturing businesses. This includes Morgan, the leading U.S. manufacturer of commercial truck bodies for medium duty trucks, Morgan Olson, one of the nation's two largest manufacturers of step vans, Federal Coach and Eagle Coach, two significant manufacturers of funeral coaches, limousines, and specialized transit buses, some other specialty manufacturing businesses, and TAG, the largest manufacturer of pickup truck caps and tonneaus in the U.S. and Canada. www.raider.ca
