It is your responsibility to adhere to federal, state, and local laws prior to installation. Use of Chassis Tech products may affect your insurance and or vehicle warranties. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all laws.
3. There is no warranty stated or implied due to unusual driving conditions. Any damage caused by modifications, improper installations, or improper use is the sole responsibility of you, the buyer, not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer. The buyer will assume cost of any necessary repairs or service.
4. Parts can only be returned if still in reusable and resell able condition, and furthermore is subject to a restocking fee.
5. We do not guarantee the ride quality of bag struts. Ride Quality is an entirely subjective opinion and there are too many factors that can affect it.
